I am truly honored to have been asked to be a reader at the upcoming nuptials of my niece Samantha. Scared, but honored. a specific verse she requested, is undeniably beautiful , poignant and special. Gulp.... I will do this and make her and my family proud. I will some how steel myself against the tears that always flow ( who doesn't remember my well rehearsed toast at Dana and Alex's Rehearsal Dinner)
I have to do this justice for my self... to prove to all, but mostly to me, that I can and will remain the strong woman I always avow to be. So with head raised high, voice strong and not cracking, and with possibly a silent tear running down my cheek I will read the words she requested.
Mom, Dad and Ted will have to guide me... and I will have to cry my tears before and after....
But no worries Sam and Ross... it will be good !
A word about the five women born into this Fromm family. How did you all grow yo be such amazing young women. Your talents seems to know no limits, your love no bounds, and your kindness reaches the ends of the earth. I am so happy to have each of you in my life in a special and unique way. I love each of you thoroughly, unrelentingly and proudly. be good to yourselves and those you love.
