Africa...Flights

Flying…. The uneventful flight from PDX to JFK was actually pleasant. A very uncrowded JetBlue flight allowed me to lie down the entire flight. Along with an on time arrival and no luggage issues maybe my flying Karma has changed! The New York driver arrived and in record time I was “settled” infor braskfast and some NYC shopping with Cheri. I found the last piece of my trip “luggage” a carry pack at a luggage store on 57th and even with tax, it was less than the two I had looked at in Portland.
Flight166 JFK-ACC:
Coach Seats 26 A & B. I cannot help but laugh at Cheri. She is stunned at the way at the meal delivery takes place. But thankfully surprised at the quality of the meal. The boxed Merlot was FREE, even in coach. Two water glasses of wine later she napped easily. Me the usual sleeper on the plane just barely kept my eyes closed for an hour at a time. A few beers, a meal and only one more slight nap. But the flight was uneventful. And 10.5 hours laters we are in Accra. The flight is full of gorgeous African men and women. The young woman across the aisle is carrying an 8 week old baby girl home to visit her grandmother. They are both stunningly beautiful. The men are HANDSOME…no not handsome, gorgeous !!!Dark ebony shiny skin, round high cheek bones, ready smiles and sparkling eyes. A pleasant beginning to the adventure.
And Cheri survived travel in coach !! We have to stop teasing her
