OK...mark this as the WORST Christmas EVER!!!!!
First off two weeks of freezing and snow and yuck...and all my gifts...what few I send are still sitting here. No calendars...no poticas... nothing is done.
The tree is up and beautiful.....the shining spot in my Christmas
Now.... the ceiling is falling in.... quite literally...all over my garage.... I've lost hundreds of ornaments ( yes... the tree is decorated...that does not mean there are not still hundreds in boxes). years of stuff.... well.... maybe this will make the chore of deciding to move easier.
and now the man is ailing again..... fevers, chills, cough.... I give up !!!!!!!!
I am snow bound except for the goodness of my hero Chris ( and his wife Jen my bestest friend). He has been getting us to work and back.... not sure what happens when he has to return to work. I feel like I am back in Wisconsin wondering if this will ever end. I left this weather for a reason.
YEP.... the worst Christmas ever.... nothing under the tree..... no crab for our traditional Christmas eve noshes and I stupidly agreed to work Christmas day and likely will have to leave at 300 pm for a 7pm shift.... arggghhhhh...... can't I go to sleep and wake up in 2009?
