Last night the Walkers came for dinner ! a three year old will make you smile no matter how blue you are ! Even when she innocently asks 'who's that' when she looks at a picture of Ted on the table. Of course we think she carried on a conversation with him for about twenty minutes earlier in the evening. She just was talking away to the "sky"... and when asked who she was talking to, she looked at us like we were the crazy ones for not knowing who she was talking to !
Overall, I have to agree...my life is OK. I have friends and family that love me!. I need to reach out more. I think I will make a point of inviting friends for dinner every weekend.... wheeeee..who next. I Owe the the Phillips clan a dinner... maybe they can make it next Saturday.
Today is a typical June Day in PDX... overcast, but not rainy... I am going to get the front weeded and cleaned ! Maybe some new plantings.... then off to find planters for the deck area. why is it so hard to find what I want !!!
