Unbelievable.....

The man came through with flying colors.... 4 little stints, but still an OR trip for next week. all systems go...he says he can feel the difference already.... but he is sore. PHWEEEEEW.....



My big brother is a blogger now !! YEAH !! he sent words so soothing, so supportive that I could not even type him a response for days.... and lord knows I would have never gotten through a phone conversation with out blubbering like a baby. as stated in my profiles my most admired people are my brothers.... all different and uber successful in their chosen careers. but what I pray for most is that they are each uber happy and content. Life's daily struggles aside.... because as Tolle says... "you are not your possessions or your roles".... happiness is inside. The real happiness that makes it easy to visualize the glass half-full and a contented smile at the end of the day.



Tolle's exercise of feeling your toes ( Chapter one...my term not his) .... I have done that for years when trying to relax.... to sleep actually.... it brings you in touch with your own heartbeat, your own self...and to that end to your sense of happiness. I wish this for everyone !!



Well after pushing myself through a 29 hour day I need to get some errands done and back to bed. ( remember I work nights...day sleeping is allowed !! )
